This program is designed to keep you healthy, safe and secure while you are traveling abroad and we strongly encourage you to take advantage of these services and online resources.
International SOS provides medical, security, emotional and logistical expertise to help safeguard our international travelers. So, if you lose your medication in Prague, need to see a doctor in New Delhi, get pick-pocketed in Rio or, in a more serious circumstance, are in a serious accident, you should immediately contact International SOS.
Travelers can conveniently dial one phone number that will connect them to the International SOS network of medical and professional service teams that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, all over the world. International SOS will get in touch with us as needed, depending upon the situation, and can even communicate with your family members.
Rest assured that no matter the problem, International SOS will give expert advice to take care of any medical or security need while you are abroad. Reimbursement Claims

In the event you sought medical treatment abroad for a minor accident or sickness and paid out of pocket for that treatment, please follow the instructions below to seek reimbursement for your claim:

COVID-19 Coverage Limitations

Insurance carriers are classifying COVID-19 as a pandemic disease. This means that the threat or fear of COVID-19 is not considered a trigger for security evacuation, trip interruption or trip cancellation benefits under our insurance policy through Chubb Insurance. In addition: COVID-19 testing is not covered unless ordered by a doctor out of medical necessity for a traveler experiencing symptoms of COVID-19; Preventative care is not covered; Expenses related to a quarantine are not covered. If you contract or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and need to seek medical attention, that is considered a sickness and is covered by the Chubb Insurance. Contact International SOS 24/7 for assistance.
