Steps to complete your reimbursement
- Step 1 Submit your social security number via https://vault.utk.edu/, the secure courier platform of the university. Your flight reimbursement cannot be processed without your social security number.
- Send to: Lamonya@utk.edu
- Subject: LAST NAME_FIRST NAME
- Message body: Type in your social security number
- Send Message
- Step 2 Complete CGE flight reimbursement form below
Important Note: Both steps above are required to complete your flight reimbursement. Failure to complete both steps will delay the process of your reimbursement.
Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of submission for processing.
