Steps to complete your reimbursement

  • Step 1 Submit your social security number via https://vault.utk.edu/, the secure courier platform of the university. Your flight reimbursement cannot be processed without your social security number.
    • Send to: Lamonya@utk.edu
    • Subject: LAST NAME_FIRST NAME
    • Message body: Type in your social security number
    • Send Message
  • Step 2 Complete CGE flight reimbursement form below

Important Note: Both steps above are required to complete your flight reimbursement. Failure to complete both steps will delay the process of your reimbursement.

Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of submission for processing.

  • Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, jpeg, doc, docx.
    Please upload your original flight itinerary and receipt from the United States to your Program Location. Maximum allowed file size: 500KB. Allow file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, jpeg, doc, docx
