Steps to complete your reimbursement

  • Step 1 Submit your social security number via, the secure courier platform of the university. Your flight reimbursement cannot be processed without your social security number.

Important Note: Both steps above are required to complete your flight reimbursement. Failure to complete both steps will delay the process of your reimbursement.
