Event Promotion Intake Form

The Center for Global Engagement is happy to promote your international campus or community event to our audience of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members via our distribution channels. Please fill out the form below at least 7 days prior to your event date.

If submitting for the CGE newsletter, content must be submitted no later than the first of each month for consideration in that month’s newsletter.

In addition to filling out the form below, we recommend that you promote your event to a broader campus audience in these ways:

  1. Add your event to the UT Events Calendar and be sure to tag “Center for Global Engagement” as a hosting department—this will ensure that your event shows up on the event calendar feed on the cge.utk.edu homepage
  2. Share your event’s promotional graphics to the digital screen locations across campus
  3. Share with appropriate university listservs that target your audience
  4. Submit your event to the Office of Communications and Marketing’s campus-wide email newsletters: Tennessee Today (if targeting faculty/staff) and/or Vol Update (if targeting students)
